Every transaction moves funds into a dedicated escrow wallet upon purchase. These funds stay locked for fourteen days from the moment of shipment confirmation. After this period, the balance transfers automatically to the vendor if no dispute was filed. Missing this window means losing the right to claim compensation for non-delivery.
Disputes freeze the release mechanism immediately. The panel takes over control of the funds while investigating the claim. Resolution usually takes between three and seven business days depending on evidence quality. Both parties receive real-time updates via the internal messaging system during this phase.
Plan your tracking numbers carefully. If proof of delivery arrives after day fourteen, recovery becomes significantly harder. Always keep copies of shipping receipts until the escrow clears completely from your account balance view.
